My one word review is…..Wow.
If I have a few more words to use, then read on because very rarely these days does a company do (exactly) what they say they will do, when they say they will do it and then go about doing it to a very high standard with quality work that meets and exceeds your expectations.
As the Chairperson of an inner-city Brisbane apartment building complex body corporate committee, Fidato Coatings was recommended to our owners committee by an experienced contact. After 3 independent quotes were obtained, Fidato came in with a competitive price AND with the most professional pre-sale communications and service.
No surprise then that we chose them, and the results have been excellent to say the least. Normally a tough marker, I could not fault the work done to repair, clean and re-paint the extensive perimeter boundary walls and multiple entry areas of our building.
The quote and job management by Tom was outstanding and the on-site work led by Nathan and his team (including Aiyana and several others whose names escape me) was excellent. This team was early or on-time every day and Nathan’s crew of 4 people were all polite, very well-presented, focused on the job and worked in a quiet and efficient manner. They also worked carefully around plants and palm trees on site and also cleaned up to a high standard at the end of each shift.
There was nothing left for us to do at the end of the job except congratulate ourselves for choosing Fidato Coatings….!
I am very happy with the work that has been completed as well as the post-completion site inspection, follow-up and customer service – and we have started planning additional stages of work for them to quote on.
