They were involved in whole building wash down, defect repairs and full exterior painting, and they have done a fantastic job in freshing up the appearance, lighting up the hallways and elevating the value of the apartment complex. From the initial Scope of Works, quotations, to carrying out the projects, Matt and his team has been methodical, proactive in communications, cooperative with building managers, timely in project management, open to feedback and prompt to addressing to individual requests.
