Challenge
The Aquatic Vista, a four-storey, 50-unit complex on Bribie Island, required a comprehensive repaint and renovation to restore its seaside elegance. The project faced several challenges, including limited access to the rooftop for equipment placement, adverse weather conditions such as high winds, and the need for effective coordination with residents during the renovation.
Solution
In response to these challenges, Fidato Services implemented a detailed project plan to ensure a successful transformation. The scope of work included facade render repairs, a complete repaint with a fresh colour scheme, painting all balcony interiors, rejuvenating the lobby and car park areas, and finishing with a thorough window clean.
