The safety of our staff is paramount at Fidato, and we take it seriously. The number one goal with height access providers is to ensure that their rope access technicians make it home in one piece without injury.
We adhere strictly to OH&S guidelines and try to exceed them, which is why we expect our crew to comply with the Working at Heights regulations and complete the required refresher courses with certified Irata training facilities.
Before commencing a project, our project manager will undertake a thorough site inspection to investigate your infrastructure, both physically or in an aerial visual inspection. A detailed report captures responsibilities required to schedule immediate concerns and future works if they fall outside the brief requirements. In addition, the brief provides you, the employer, a complete and transparent transaction of building requirements, possible hazards and the opportunity to budget for upcoming maintenance. Our OH&S policy is to create as safe a work environment as possible, which is why the term Zero Harm is not just a concept but a reality.
Through the participative and co-operative efforts of management workers, we are committed to:
- providing a safe environment for all workers and visitors to our workplace
- providing and maintaining buildings, facilities, equipment and plant in safe working condition
- supporting the on-going training and assessment of workers
- developing, implementing and monitoring safe work practices, including the safe use, handling, and storage of plant, structures and substances
- continuously improving the standards of workplace health and safety
- managing risks in the workplace and
- providing information, training, instruction and supervision.

Our core beliefs and mission values are to provide at every opportunity exceptional service. We will continually strive to build long-lasting and loyal relationships with all of our clients, and to do this; we need to provide excellent customer service.
We can achieve this through
- Excellent communication is clear, concise, and regular so that clients, body corps, and project managers know the progress.
- It provides a maintenance schedule to body corps, building and project managers and site supervisors, including variations not included in the initial brief for consideration and amendment.
- We ensure our project or site supervisor will introduce themselves to the project coordinator, establishing a point of contact throughout the project before or at the building induction.
- We don't just hire anybody. We hand-pick our staff and ensure their values, work ethics, and commitment align with our values. We also expect our team to be polite and respectful at all times.
- We ensure site containment is kept to a minimum at all times and that our on-site environment is aesthetic for your clientele, guests and residents.
- Quality control on project completion will be inspected by qualified Fidato personnel, whether site-supervisor, project coordinator or company director Matthew.
- Above all, we take pride in our work. We believe this is an industry that must excell in professionalism and workmanship.
